Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Raíza ships within the United States and Puerto Rico
We do not currently offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Raíza is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at raizamovement@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Raíza is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–7 days of delivery at raizamovement@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will review your request and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be appropriate.
Pre-Orders or Launch Orders
If an item is listed as a pre-order or launch order, the estimated shipping timeline will be stated on the product page or at checkout. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated shipping timeline provided at the time of purchase.
If delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers using the contact information provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation has been sent.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or unable to be delivered, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
